Privacy policy
Estimating self-employed income means typing a turnover, a commune and sometimes a partner’s income. The calculators on https://netindependant.fr are built so that the publisher receives none of it, and the site never asks for an email address.
1. Controller
Radif Partners
49 rue du Ressort
63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France
contact@netindependant.fr
Contact: contact@netindependant.fr. No data protection officer has been appointed, as Article 37 GDPR does not require one here.
2. What you type
All calculations run in your browser. Your inputs are neither sent to the publisher nor stored. After your first input, the calculator copies them into the page address so you can share a result; that address stays on your device unless you pass it on. When you pick a département, your browser downloads the public list of communes and their CFE rates from this site; nothing you typed goes with that request.
3. Processing
Hosting logs
For each page view the host processes technical data (IP address, time, page requested, browser, referrer) to serve and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); retention set by the host.
No cookies
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser storage.
Anonymous error tracking (Microsoft Clarity, cookieless)
If enabled, Clarity in cookieless mode records loading errors, load times, clicks with no effect and scrolling, so that a broken calculator is spotted. Input fields are masked before sending and each visit gets a new identifier. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Recordings deleted after 30 days, aggregate statistics after 13 months.
4. Recipients
No data goes to banks, company formation services, accounting firms or ad networks. Processors: the host and, where enabled, Microsoft for anonymous tracking.
5. Transfers outside the EU
GitHub, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR): write to contact@netindependant.fr. Complaints: Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr).
7. No automated decisions
A result on this site has no legal effect: the Urssaf and the tax office work out your actual amounts.
